1. Purpose of the form

This form contains the information that must be provided before a distance contract for a Fyronto subscription is concluded and before the Buyer assumes any payment obligation. The order-specific plan, user count, tax and total-price information is added to the transaction record for this form during payment.

Before payment, the Buyer reads and electronically confirms this form and the Distance Sales Agreement. Merely viewing the static page does not by itself replace transaction-specific confirmation of preliminary information.

3. Buyer's legal status

Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, a consumer is a natural or legal person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession. Mandatory rights granted to consumers apply only to Buyers who have that status.

For Buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes, the service, payment, cancellation and termination explanations in this form are contractual information. Routes available only to consumers, such as consumer arbitration committees, are not thereby made available to commercial Buyers.

4. Main characteristics of the service

• Fyronto is a web-based software service for sales teams, provided through fyronto.com.
• The service enables the management of customers, opportunities, quotations, proformas, visits, conversations and reporting.
• Professional and Enterprise plans are subscriptions priced monthly per user and provided in 30-day periods. The Custom plan is set by written quotation.
• There is no physical product, shipping or physical delivery. Delivery means activating the account.
• The service requires a current desktop or mobile web browser and an internet connection. Internet and device costs belong to the Buyer.

5. Price and total including all taxes

The Professional plan is ₺599 per user per month and the Enterprise plan is ₺1,099 per user per month. These advertised prices exclude VAT. The Custom plan is priced by written quotation according to scope.

Order-specific selection and total price including all taxes: Total = selected plan unit price × number of users (seats) + 20% VAT. Example: 1 user Professional = ₺599.00 + ₺119.80 VAT = ₺718.80/month; 5 users Professional = ₺2,995.00 + ₺599.00 VAT = ₺3,594.00/month; 1 user Enterprise = ₺1,099.00 + ₺219.80 VAT = ₺1,318.80/month. The amount specific to your order is shown in the order confirmation, broken out as subtotal / VAT / grand total.

The VAT-inclusive total is displayed clearly immediately before the Buyer assumes a payment obligation and recorded in the order confirmation. No additional fee is charged without the Buyer's separate express approval. The digital service has no delivery or shipping charge.

6. Free trial

Fyronto may be tried free for 30 days without providing card details. No payment is taken during the trial. The trial does not become a paid subscription unless the Buyer selects a plan and completes payment.

7. Payment, invoice and performance

Payment is taken in Turkish lira. Fyronto does not store the card number, expiry date or security code. For a successful payment, an e-Archive invoice is issued using the billing information provided by the Buyer and delivered electronically.

The subscription is provided in 30-day periods, and the fee for each period is paid in advance for that period. The payment method and its timing are agreed with the Buyer during onboarding; the agreed method and timing are set out in writing in the order confirmation before the Buyer assumes a payment obligation. Any change to the payment terms is notified to the Buyer before it takes effect.

If the required onboarding data is ready, the paid account is activated on the day payment is approved. If a Custom plan or additional onboarding work requires a different period, that period is displayed before payment in the written quotation or order confirmation.

8. Right of withdrawal

A Buyer who qualifies as a consumer may withdraw within 14 days from the date the service agreement is concluded, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. A clear withdrawal statement may be sent to [email protected] before the period expires.

For a valid withdrawal, the collected payment is refunded within 14 days after the notice reaches the Seller, in one transaction, using a method appropriate to the payment instrument used for purchase and without additional cost.

9. When the right of withdrawal is unavailable

Under article 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that begin with the consumer's consent before the 14-day period ends. Article 15(1)(ğ) separately exempts services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly.

For Fyronto, this rule means the following: if the consumer separately and expressly agrees that the paid account may be activated without waiting 14 days and is informed in advance that this causes the right of withdrawal to be lost, the right cannot be exercised after the account is activated. If that consent is not obtained or the service has not yet begun, the 14-day right continues. Use of the free trial does not by itself constitute express consent for a future paid subscription.

10. Contract duration and cancellation

Professional and Enterprise subscriptions are provided in 30-day periods, and the fee for each period is paid in advance for that period. The Buyer may cancel at any time by sending written notice to [email protected]. After the cancellation notice, no new 30-day period is started and no amount is requested or collected from the Buyer for any subsequent period. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for.

If a Buyer who qualifies as a consumer requests immediate termination, the request is completed within seven days. The prepaid amount corresponding to service unused after the termination date is refunded without deduction within 15 days after the termination notice takes effect. If the Buyer asks for access to continue through the end of the period, termination takes effect at period end.

Unless there is a valid right of withdrawal or another statutory refund ground, no prorated refund is made for a used or ongoing 30-day period. If the Custom plan has a different duration or termination term, it is shown in the written quotation.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to [email protected]. A Buyer who qualifies as a consumer may apply to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction occurred for consumer disputes valued below ₺186,000 in 2026. This monetary threshold changes annually.

Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer disputes above the threshold and in other cases prescribed by law. Mandatory mediation provisions are reserved. Commercial Buyer disputes do not fall within the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees.

12. Confirmation and retention of preliminary information

Before ordering, the Buyer electronically confirms having read the main characteristics of the service, the Seller's identity and contact details, the total price including VAT, payment and performance terms, the right of withdrawal and its exception, contract duration, cancellation terms and available remedies.

The fact that the order creates a payment obligation is displayed clearly immediately before payment approval. The preliminary information and confirmation record are delivered to the Buyer on a durable medium and retained for the period prescribed by law.
