Bu koşullar, Fyronto hizmetini (fyronto.com) kullanan siz ("Kullanıcı") ile hizmeti sunan, Fyronto markası altında faaliyet gösteren Muhammet Eren Burak (şahıs işletmesi) arasındadır. Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

Fyronto; müşteri kaydı, teklif ve proforma hazırlama, ziyaret ve görüşme takibi, raporlama gibi satış süreçlerini yönetmenizi sağlayan bir yazılım hizmetidir. Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur ve zaman içinde geliştirilir.

3. Hesap ve sorumluluk

Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Uygulamaya girdiğiniz verilerin doğruluğundan ve bu verileri işleme hakkına sahip olmanızdan siz sorumlusunuz.
Hizmeti hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, istenmeyen toplu ileti (spam) göndermek için veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanamazsınız.

4. E-posta gönderimi

Gmail hesabınızı bağladığınızda, uygulamadan gönderdiğiniz e-postalar sizin adınıza ve sizin talimatınızla gönderilir. Gönderdiğiniz iletilerin içeriğinden ve alıcının bu iletiyi almayı beklediğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Fyronto'yu izinsiz toplu ticari ileti göndermek için kullanmak yasaktır ve hesabın askıya alınmasına yol açar.

5. Verileriniz

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz veriler size aittir. Dilediğiniz zaman Excel olarak dışa aktarabilir, hesabınızın silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. Verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

6. Ücretlendirme

Ücretler kullanıcı başına aylık olarak, KDV hariç belirlenir ve fiyat bölümünde yayımlanır. Fiyat değişiklikleri önceden duyurulur.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Fyronto, hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını taahhüt etmez. Dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından ve veri kaybından, yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu tutulamaz. Verilerinizi düzenli olarak dışa aktarmanızı öneririz.

8. Fesih

Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu koşullara aykırı kullanım hâlinde hizmet askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

1. Parties

These terms are between you ("User") and Muhammet Eren Burak, operating under the Fyronto brand (sole proprietorship), the provider of the Fyronto service at fyronto.com. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service

Fyronto is software that helps sales teams manage customers, prepare quotes and proforma invoices, log visits and calls, and produce reports. It is provided as-is and is improved over time.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to process it.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

4. Sending email

When you connect your Gmail account, emails sent from the app are sent on your behalf and at your instruction. You are responsible for the content of those messages and for ensuring the recipient expects them. Using Fyronto to send unsolicited bulk commercial email is prohibited and will result in suspension.

5. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You may export it to Excel at any time and request deletion of your account. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Fees are charged per user per month, excluding VAT, as published in the pricing section. Price changes are announced in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

Fyronto does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss to the fullest extent permitted by law. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

8. Termination

You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service in the event of use that breaches these terms.
